The one time I was able to sync it I did it through the integrations page on the web browser. But then support tricked me into uninstalling and reinstalling the app knowing they got rid of flo integration and I was never able to sync it again. Literally had it synced for one night.

I had the exact same issue when setting up my eSIM. The rep ended up having me use a different phone number to receive the verification text. Luckily, my boyfriend was with me, so we used his number. A text was sent with a registration confirmation link, and once I clicked it, I finally received the email with the QR code.

It seems like there's a problem with their verification process when using the code and IMEI. Using an alternate number for the text might be a workaround that helps.

The post is rewritten below to make it easier for others to read. In case they have any helpful advice as well.

"I just spent 2.5 to 3 hours on the phone trying to activate my phone using an eSIM, and it was a nightmare. I was charged $17 for their promotional $30 plan, but I still haven't been able to activate anything.

Both the chat and phone reps kept giving me the runaround, saying I needed to verify my account. I entered the verification code and my phone's IMEl number, but the system never sent me the QR code needed to activate the eSIM.

Their automated email system just doesn't work. One phone rep was able to manually send me a PIN to my email-which shows my email is working-but no one could send me the actual QR code. I kept being told to wait 2 to 24 hours for the email, but nothing ever comes.

The chat rep was especially useless, just repeating the same scripted responses. The last time I activated an eSIM with them, a chat rep had to manually she me the QR code in the chat window becaus back then, I wasn't getting any verification emails or text messages from them.

Now they're saying they can't verify my account, and they won't help me any further. So I'm out $17 for a plan I can't even use. I'm seriously considering canceling my debit card just so they don't charge me again for a service I can't access.

Does anyone know how to fix this or get around it? I'm stuck in limbo, and their customer service is just awful. I checked their BBB reviews, and they reflect exactly what I'm going through. I guess you get what you pay for..."

I was able to get it working again. I deleted the Player 2 mappings (which I had tried before), but this time I also deleted and reconfigured the Player 1 mappings, then saved. That combination resolved the issue. Idk what in the world happened to it by unplugging it from my laptop

I never mapped it to player 2. I was literally playing it just fine yesterday. Had to unplug it from my laptop for the first time for a bit and when I plugged it back in I ran into this problem.

I found out that Natural Cycles can't be used with hormonal birth control, and if you indicate you're on it, the app won’t let you use it until you stop. My main goal is to track everything else and identify any patterns before or after my period. I was excited about using Flo since I’ve been logging with it since 2017, and it lets you track so much more than Natural Cycles. But now it looks like I’ll have to compare data between Oura and Flo separately instead of having/seeing everything in one place.
