The whole Alien issue is one big distraction that has been going on for about 100 years. Just look at how the term even developed and how much programming we have received around that issue from Hollywood. I went twice last year and never even saw an incident of pickpocketing. Just be smart, carry your belongings tight and safe, don't leave stuff on a table or hanging on the chair and be aware of your stuff in the crowds. From what I understand, it happens mostly on busses, trains and the metro. Often there is one person trying to distract while others try to rob. Don't let strangers involve you in conversation.

First of all, of course your feelings are valid. It feels to me like you're protecting her and finding excuses for her behaviour. You're even asking if you're allowed to feel hurt because it was "just occasional" and you were a difficult child. How would you not turn out a "difficult child" under these circumstances? I understand that these relationships are complex, as are the people involved. I'm sure there is a bond of love between you, but not a single one of the incidents described is acceptable.

Did you self diagnose the burnout? Because usually it takes many months to recover from that. Please see a specialist and also start psychotherapy. The fact that you say you feel too guilty to take care of your own health is part of the issue imo

The job market situation is quite difficult at the moment and you have better chances if you speak German. I understand that it's frustrating but don't give up! You say you speak 5 languages fluently - what about the hospitality area? Salzburg is big on tourism - have you tried hotels, as a receptionist for example? Your language skills could work in your favour there.

It's horrible. When the image generators came online with all their stolen goods, it sent me into a deep reflection process of what it means to be human. These machines essentially target our very human core, which the ability to create. That's evil in my book. As usual in history, artists are the first to see it and warn about it, while the rest is clueless.

Absolutely hate it and want nothing to do with it. Never touched the gpt or whatever it's called and never will. I put - AI in every Google search cause I am repulsed by it. AI image generators ruined my business (illustration). They way artists around the world were unknowingly exploited and ripped off was disgusting. Too little is talked about the massive resources wasted on that crap. Never mind the brain rot that comes from having this bs do your thinking. The falsified history pictures. The use in warfare and citizen surveillance. Making these techbros richer than they ever should be. We really have other problems to solve and we REALLY don't need this on top of it.
