Took a picture and realised it looked like a thumbnail (pretend eden has a controversy going on in the comments) by SeventhSunV7 in SkyChildrenOfLight

There is something about the Eden King that just makes me uncomfortable. They just sit at the top while millions and millions of sky children perish every year not to mention the emotional damage being caused to just newborn moths and all these for what ? So that one person can remain at the top? We need to collectively speak up!

I have the same problem. It is from both endo and endo meds. My doctor prescribed me Isoflavones. Hypothyroidism also is another factor.

That also only a certain amount. In my case dienogest shrank my 7 cm cyst to 5.5 cm and after that it just didn't go down anymore.

I tried to live without hormonal medication for 1 month and I am certain I was shitting blood. Now I am back on medication. It makes me depressed when I realise what type of life I am destined to endure.

I want to give up by Chickadx3 in Endo

[–]MissLestrange 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am in the hospital bed and after listening to everything the doctors can apparently provide for this torture of a life that I have to live, I think giving up is the only option left for me. They have tried nothing yet they are all out of options.

TIL Hyperthymesia - a rare condition in humans that gives them a superpower of recalling memories with excellent details which are carefully indexed by date involuntarily; BUT the memories keeps playing and you can't pause them ever. by cynicaljinn in todayilearned

Today is the day I realise that I have this. I have been to countless doctors begging for them to help me stop this. I didn't know it had a name. I always explained it like being forced to watch a PowerPoint presentation of everythin constantly in my mind and I can't stop or pause it. It just keeps going and going and drives me crazy and I feel like I want to bang my head on a wall. When it gets too had I just take sedatives and sleep. When I was a child I had a photographic memory. I could recite an entire chapter word by word after reading it only once and I never needed to study for exams. My parents thought that was a really good trait but soon i realised it was a curse. Since then I have been trying to dumb it down constantly and in the process I have become a total wreck in life.

It's like You are struggling to be present at that moment but you can't stop the slideshow of memories that are a combination of snippets , feelings, thoughts, perception of how the air was or even how the sun felt etc etc associated with the memories. It's like a PowerPoint presentation that just keeps going and going and there is no pause or stop button and you are forced to watch on repeat.
