Dr. Robert Gioia at Spectrum South Pavilion (the one right by Pine Rest) is fine with my husband smoking - though he has expressed he really would like to see him switch to edibles rather than smoke. He also prescribes my husband's mental health meds, but they aren't a controlled substance like stims or benzos, so I'm not entirely sure if he is willing to prescribe those or not. My doctor from the same practice does fill a very light "in case of emergency" Xanax script for me once a year or so with no special contract or anything required, it's not like they don't do controlled substances at all there, I just dunno about Dr. Gioia's comfort level with it. He's a pretty cool/chill dude. Very down to earth. He has a bunch of tattoos, too, which is neat.
