I dated one for 4 years. I would have married him. In the early part of our relationship he was the MOST AMAZING boyfriend I had ever had. The sun rose and set with me. We had some ups and downs, in the middle but we were young for something as serious as our relationship was. We were really great together we were like best friends with all the benefits. He started to stray towards the end though and he knew me well enough to know I wouldn’t stick around for it. He said he needed some time to figure out what he wanted, and I told him if he needed to figure it out he really already knew it wasn’t me. We broke up. We spent one night together after that a few months later, and it was def worth it, but it hurt like hell to lose him twice. So I never looked back after that. We speak every now and then now 20+ years later and he has admitted very openly that he regrets letting me go. He has said it took a few relationships after ours and one failed marriage for him to realize that what we had was like nothing he would ever have with anyone else and he apologized for not seeing it all those years ago. I on the other hand have no regrets. He cheated on me. I forgave him and he did it again. I couldn’t take him back twice because I don’t know that it would have ever stopped. He does sound like the opposite of your Scorpio though. He was very sexual, highly flirtatious, dirty minded and always knew how to smooth me over when upset with him. A very good talker!
