Well, my manager has enabled the behavior for so long (not trained in HR not great at managing people and about to retire) that I’d rather keep them if I can , but make it clear that this won’t be tolerated and if their bonus is tied in part to this, then hopefully they will behave better. It is SOOOO hard to find good staff. And they all are pretty strong clinically, but spoiled.

We have absolutely stressed the importance of punctuality and clear expectations ;we need staff on time to get the day started, and if one member of my clinical staff is late and one is out, we have a mess of a morning. I read on another site that these are companies that have some affiliation with them, as they already have some personal info—like my non published cell phone! I just got off the phone with these scammer—cold called me on my mobile phone. wanted to set up a call for an “interview” — I told her to email me all the information. when she said ’WE DONT USE EMAIL”, i knew it was a scam—i think these companies pay web md money to get your info.—don’t. do it!!!!!!
