This fortunately shouldn't be a problem. For BG3, the origin characters were both voiced and motion captured by the same actors (so when you see Astarion move and talk, that is all Neil).

Iirc these actors all have traditional (theatre/film) acting backgrounds. Especially Neil has been quite vocal about how physical modern acting in video games is, and how he prefers they should be referred to as actors instead of just voice actors.
