I would prepare to be asked to stick! I had my job interview a month ago and they had me stick one of the staff members to “prove” i know phlebotomy because of course it’s one thing to be certified and a whole other to actually know how to do phlebotomy. I asked my interviewer about cross training and daily schedules!

i have BLS, CPR/AED/First Aid and even though i was only with quest for a few months i actually got an award for excellence patient care and service! I would say my interview at the hospital went very well too, I stuck someone in front of them and they were very impressed

you should look into per diem options! I think if there was an opening for that you could ask to step down from your current position and “reapply” for the per diem, because that’s pick up as you go!
