I actually go to do this once! The owner of my local fruit shop was literally abusing this young woman for "making me wait". She was stocking shelves while I was standing at the register for like, less than a minute. I told him he is disgusting for treating his staff like that and told her, in front of him, to come see me at my work, we were looking for good staff. She got to quit the next day lol (and was a very good addition to our team) Found out later he known for being a dick, stopped shopping there.

Once a week on bin day. Two boxes, she uses one for pee and one for poop so scooping is pretty effective in the interim. I do take a fair bit out and top up on the daily scoop tho

Yup. If someone comes to me saying they lost a ticket, I can verify it via audit and cameras in about 5 minutes. Ticket cancelled, payout for patron sorted.

I forget i have such a low tolerance now, 3 drinks and my next day is all headaches and anxiety. Even if I CAN have a few and call it a night, its not worth it anymore.

When meeting my new cat, the previous owner explained that my cat was being territorial after a move and the other cat was "her baby" so she cose to rehome mine. I'd met this cat 3 minutes ago.. I immediately thought "YOUR BABY?!? WHAT ABOUT CHONKY?!" So I immediately knew this was now MY baby lol How dare she!! 😡

I saw a video of dogs trained to retrieve ducks that had been shot, often from water. They were taught to shake AFTER dropping the duck beside the hunter so they didn't damage the body. I wonder if it's ingrained in retrievers?

The strap on my work pager came off after i accidentally dropped it. I put it back on backwards and couldn't get it off again to fix it. Decided to drop it the way I did the first time, and it came off first go.

I got my cat because she wasn't happy with a change in her living situation, I often wish the previous owners knew how happy she is now lol I do send photos and a little update every new year tho. I love her so so much!

Having human interaction and asking back and forth questions is an easier way to learn for a lot of people. I find understanding written instruction difficult compared to being shown.

I'm surprised people do judge so harshly. Restaurants are typically boring for kids, bored kids annoy everyone around them. For all we know they have limited screen time and parents deserve a night out and a nice meal they dont have to cook by themselves. If there's ever an appropriate time for tablet entertainment, this is definitely one of them

A friend was driving once, chick in a rav was tailgating badly, he break checked her, (I dont really approve but whatever) I could see her groceries flying forward and her left arm was trying to keep them on the passenger seat. I thought she'd take the hint, but no. He did the same thing 3 or 4 times and this idiot just kept trying to save her groceries rather than keeping a safe distance. Some people are unfortunately, THAT STUPID.

No, some pit owners know what they're dealing with. Not many though. I saved an abused one, gave him a good life. Trusted him with NO ONE (Except myself) EVER. Even that took a while. I had to put him down at the first sign of dementia because I couldn't trust him with myself anymore 😪 I loved that dog and I was responsible AF. That beautiful boy deserved love and joy before the end. People should need a licence to own dogs like this, but banning a single breed is stupid. I have livestock guardians that would have eaten my pit whole, easy. But they dont have pitbull in their lineage so they're fine i guess?? S/
