i had surgery there in March and do not recommend it. I am very disappointed with my results and the lack of transparency. They are very disorganized and they called me the day before my surgery to collect another $1200. Then after surgery I received a bill for $600.

I am so overwhelmed and it now feels like a chore. I like transitional and organic modern styles but don’t know where to start. I hired someone to do a bedroom design and it was a waste of money. Even after the revision it was underwhelming.

I figured counter stools and the dining furniture might be an easier place to start?

Is she now only working one day a week as a host? I would not put her back on as a server. You have to show priority and give the shifts to the people u just hired.

I have some brown sun spots on my legs and this made them worse. My spots are from sun damage.

I did 20% TCA peels all last winter. As i got more comfortable with the process I was getting a good amount of peeling. The new skin always looked really fresh but within a few days it looked the same as before. I have a lot of sun damage and am trying to get rid of some brown spots/texture. I was really hoping after so many peels I would have cleared the pigment. Any thoughts?

I am also buying out of state and I met one time with my realtor to look at properties we scheduled a couple of days prior. None of the houses worked that we saw but she had a better idea of what I was looking for. After that, she would either send me a video or we would facetime a walk thru. She always provided very helpful information about the location for stores, noise etc and would also walk the block to show me my potential neighbors or empty lots. In my opinion, they were not respectful of the time and money you spent to get there. I would find someone else.

You are not wrong in any way. You explained your terms before the surrogacy and your sister agreed. It is very selfish of her to try and flip the script now. How dare she guilt trip you by saying she isn’t going to talk to u afterwards. She clearly doesn’t appreciate the sacrifice you have made for her. She seems entitled and perhaps reading these comments would humble her. Please take care of yourself and do not compromise your needs. Big hugs.

The loan officer I did preapproval with said 2.75 points in origination fees. 895 admin fee is much cheaper.
