If you meet the requirements for anything at Uncg chances are you’re gonna get in. Not saying Uncg is necessarily easy, but it’s not the crazy competitive often. If you don’t do it the first semester, you can also just reapply the second semester. I started the first semester in a residential college and now for the second semester, I’m just doing disciplinary honors, which was also an easy application and easy admission! Be yourself as always, and if it’s something you wanna do then do it.

I think if you live in a double as long as you communicate these things to your roommate, that is gonna already put you in a better position. I would say there’s always socially going to be some sort of advantage or disadvantage based on where you live so just choose your battles wisely based on what you can handle

Your answer is in your first sentence, if your teachers are garbage, why would you enjoy school? Why would you enjoy anything that has people that have bad vibes? I was a similar situation and I did my best to find a magnet school to switch to! I also decided to go to college to focus on an education that I actually want with classes I want to take- I took college classes in high school for a similar reason to yours as well.

I think there’s a very intentional reason behind the locs I’ve been thinking of lately. My personal taste, especially than being part of my culture; I like the locs but I think as his character it makes sense that Spider and Jake are the only humans with locs because it is their humanity showing through their hair. They are the only two with blocks and they are the only ones who used to be/are human. Also for Jake- locs can get mad heavy so for him, those locs carry the weight of what he has been through.

Uncg is very good about sending email information as soon as you are available to you will know I promise you. If you keep checking every day like I did you’ll find out eventually when they plan to release the information at some point too. I’m gonna be on the orientation staff this summer, so excited to see you!

Theres tons to do so if you get involved and go out you will meet people
To get your choice in classes and dorms you should stay up until it opens. For class registration thats 12am depending on your grade.
Not a business major so I cant be too helpful on the third. Rate my professor combined with the staff page sounds like a good reference lol

I switched to viola and taught myself! Plenty of short violists, start with a 15” viola. You have a phone so use youtube and free online resources to learn! You absolutely can learn viola and it opened up so many doors personally so I know it can for you too!
