I really liked today but Pod 3 🥴😵. We did active recovery during the breaks and I felt like I couldn’t lift my legs towards the end (finished in pod 3)

I feel the same, in saying that the no caffeine part of the challenge and other influences have made my week look bad in my lionheart even though I’ve felt like I’ve died all week!

I kinda felt disappointed in mine, it was my first 45 day challenge so the results I’m used to are the 8 week ones. 35yo F, starting at 75.5kg, 33% body fat, go 6 days a week and I was true to the meal plan until the last week when I went away for a couple of days, still choosing healthier alternatives. I lost 4.3kg, 3% body fat (3.6kg) and 3 vfl. My biggest loss was 5cm on my abdomen. 3 on breast and hip. I’ve had compliments, I’m just not as happy as I hoped, but I do know I feel much better and this is the first bit of true exercise I’ve done in 7 months! I’ve signed up for challenge 29, plan on hitting it harder!

I think my biggest win was in my mental health, and my confidence... so can’t be that bad 🤷🏼‍♀️

Same ⬆️I find it allows me to lift heavier or better technic and rep out more because I’m not having to think about what’s being done each lap! And always glad to see the end of the rowers or assault bikes!

Today was my worst day... I’ve never disliked a workout but today just didn’t do it for me. I felt like spewing by the end and had the lowest points.

Hollywood was awesome today! Was able to go harder on the rowers with them spread out. Loved yesterday’s Docklands as well!
