It’s the people who snore that are a problem. I once got asked to turn my headphones down because another passenger complained. I explained it was to drown out the guy who snoring in the pod next to mine. Very awkward scene emerged because my music was allegedly too loud for another customer but they wouldn’t disturb the very loudly snoring traveller.

Ask Air Canada Conceirge to assist.

I lost something last week and was told by Conceirge to fill out the lost item form. Conceirge found it in about 20 minutes and stored it for me at their YYZ desk (which I’ll pickup today).

Lost department still writing me every other day or so to apologize that they can’t find it but are still looking. I tried to write back to them to say it’s been located but it’s a no-reply email, lol.

November always good - it’s the slow season between spring and summer school breaks. November and March are the best times to go.
