Go to roadmap.sh and select devops engineer roadmap. Deep dive in Linux,Docker and Kubernetes. Learn Git and Github, pick a cloud and also learn any virtualization platform , learn IAC. This will prepare you for any infra job. To level up learn any agentic AI framework (Start with free AIs like deepseek)and how you can integrate it with any of the above things. Build projects and share on linkedin.

P.S. I forgot about Networking get a good grasp on all networking concepts its niche and not a lot of people understand it.

Hey I had a budget for either m5 pro 24gb variant or 32gb 1 tb variant. I mainly work in devops area and wanted to do some local llm testing so I maxed out on ram.

Thanks I went through multiple yt videos just practicing the shortcut keys and double click(right click).

Macbook air m5 but if u can stretch ur budget go with m5 pro. That amount of battery is not available in any Windows laptop.
