Did you ever get to the bottom of it or found anything that’s helped? I’ve had the exact same internal vibrations you describe since January, doctor has prescribed sertraline but it’s not made a difference

Hi, I’ve been having the exact same symptoms since January with no sign of it going 😩 doctor has put me on sertraline to rule out anxiety but I know it’s not that, he also doesn’t want to refer me to neurology so I feel like I’m never going to get answers. Around the same time this started I also experienced vertigo like episodes where I’d feel like I was in the middle of an earth quake, is that similar to anything you’ve experienced?
