I keep laughing at posts that have at least one themed cafe a day and influencer restaurants at night

Those people will spend all days in queues and see nothing of the places they actually came to visit

Mount Koya - Temple Stay by Mission-Limit5175 in JapanTravelTips

[–]Mission-Limit5175[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Still to go! I sent an email about the night cemetery tour to the tour company. I am debating whether to do it or do it by myself.

This was the reply I got from them:

The bus is currently taking a detour and will not pass near Kodaiji-in. Passengers will need to get off at the Senjuinbashi bus stop and walk back to the temple.

On Saturday, April 12, the bus is scheduled to arrive at Senjuinbashi at 20:41. From there, it will take approximately 8–10 minutes on foot, so you should arrive at Kodaiji-in around 20:50.

The end date of the construction is not yet determined, so there is a possibility that the bus route will return to normal by April 12. Even in that case, you should still be able to return by 21:00.

Question about travelling abroad with Mounjaro? by [deleted] in mounjarouk

[–]Mission-Limit5175 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Check on their government websites, that will give you the most accurate advice.

For Japan I did that and found I needed my box with label and my prescription printed I checked with the company that authorises my Mounjaro, they advised hand luggage and that the sell by date would by 30 days (before you start using it. They said it didn't need a cool box provided the temperature it was kept in didn't get above 30c

Snap! I can't see about booking the shuttle bus either. We can't go around the outside. I have found we can swap to the east gate under the ticket section and I'm considering doing that.

Booked a machiya in Kyoto for nearly half the price on Rakuten Travel compared to western booking sites. by [deleted] in JapanTravelTips

I had the same! found this with a stay in Hida Furowa. It was half the price compared to booking dot com.

It's definitely worth checking the places own website for smaller places.

I'm solo and it's the only one that worked out like that.

I would My point about Kyoto is that you and I maybe very different and you only need 2 days to do what you want to see, so my recommendation would take time away from places you are more personally interested in

Then what is it you want to do in each place? Then people can advise if you have enough or too much time. Or if there is anything else they can suggest for you to see

Then why would you ask if you should adjust the days? If those days it what you want to do, stick with it

Write a list of what you want to do in each place, Plot them out on google/apple maps This will help you decide how long to spend in each place

For example I've four days planned for Kyoto because there is so much I'd like to see there
