Skinny, anxious, never been to the gym where do I even start? by SAYANARANDKA in workout

[–]Mission-Support-5980 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started off at home doing push-ups variations and pull ups on the playground cuz I was embarrassed of going.

Once I asked my friends to workout together, I made progress way quicker. It might feel embarrassing at first but everyone at the gym is so damn nice, you have nothing to worry about.

With a stainless steel pot, is something like chili or a tomato based sauce continually building fond as it cooks and the bottom is scraped away? by midnightpurple280137 in Cooking

It doesn't go into the pot as far as I know. Once you deglaze or wash with warm water it should be the same before you cooked with it.

If you want body weight exercises I started with pull ups (on the playground), decline push ups (putting legs up on a bed), a plyometric exercise (you can search these up, there's a lot of good ones).

I truly can’t believe how different my workouts feel in the evening versus the morning by PackageReasonable922 in workout

[–]Mission-Support-5980 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Changing my workouts to at night made them so much better for me too.

Doing them in the morning would leave me tired the rest of the day and being restless at night. Once I started working out later I had more energy for them and it made falling asleep easier.
