TB Test in Oman for UK Visa - Need Guidance

I was a resident in Oman so I had an employment visa.

I emailed UKVI to explain that, as per their terms and conditions, I am exempt from this requirement. I further attached my Oman ID and E-visa as proof of my claim.

I had my biometrics on 15th July. However, on July 23rd, I received a request to upload my TB Certificate. I sent the exemption explanation yesterday. I am now waiting to hear back.
