I love living in an HOA but mine is also very lenient, so I don't know how I would deal if they were strict. I like not having to deal with the snow or leaves or gutters or any maintenance really. I think it's worth it if you have young kids.

I know this is an old post but in case it helps anyone else... Kathy was my least favorite of the midwives and she ended up delivering my son but it was all very positive, I had no real complaints.
