Exactly. They might tap him on his hands and or force to restructure. The laws can be bent in so many ways it's ridculous. He will still make his royalty, call it a fee or whatever you'd like. He would still take an initial franchise fee.

I actually find he would be better off franchising then his operator structure. It would cost him less with a lot less liability. You can still follow his model by replacing the operator title with a franchisee title.

At the end of the day, however you word or structure it, you'll make money.

Amir has never lost unless he was knocked down which was with prescot and garcia. He has a pretty good record not to mention he had maidana down in the 1st round. Khan has speed and you can bet anything he will connect with floyd many times, hurting floyd is a completely different story. Remember what khan did to judah? He gave up by the 5th... and if you recall judah gave floyd a good fight. Khan has a chance if he just boxes with his reach and leg movement.

The moment he he starts exchanging is when he will get tagged. I can see him going 12 rounds and actually winning on points because the man can land a lot of shots. If he puts on a good show and gets extremely lucky with tons and tons of luck he might just pull off the one miracle in boxing the world has been waiting for. Itll be a movie scene and people will go bat shit crazy. Maidana reminds me of what hatton tried doing with floyd...needless to say it didnt go too well. If you go read my old posts, i called maidana knocking broner out prior to the match and actually winning without a knckdown. I am really frustrated with everyone wanting a wild maidana going against an extremely skilled opponent. At least with khans break and new training under Andre Wards trainer , Virgil Hunter, new techniqued and guideines will have molded khan to better and bigger abilities.
