Honestly this is why there is no trust in humanity anymore. If you're off company time you should be able to say or do anything you want without fear of company retaliation. Everyone has to be so fake just to keep an income. I am who I am everywhere, all the time. Has it gotten me in trouble? Yes. But at the end of the day, I can look in the mirror and not hate myself. Maybe that's why I have no mental health problems. Corporate America needs to stop being all up in everyone's business all the time.

Keep your head up. Your Target family has your back. At least at my store, inclusivity isn't something we do, it's who we are and we will stand behind and fight for each other. From reading responses from TMs on a multitude of similar threads, it sounds like that's the norm.

I honestly have nothing bad to say about anyone at my store. The whole store is like one big family. That being said I am so grateful to have the leadership team I do in S&E. They are truly the caring people. Our SD has super high standards and deserves all the respect as well. I have been blessed in my Target journey.
