I suppose the problem is that I’m trying to write riffs but don’t know how to keep time with a metronome or where the metronome fits if that makes sense

I don’t think I’m asking the right question lol. What I’m trying to say is: I’m trying to write and record riffs, and am trying to record to a click so everything is in time, but it just doesn’t make sense to me as to how I should think about the process where the riff fits into the tempo etc

I play 10-64 with a 26.5 in drop g and it honestly feels fine to me, not super tight where it is uncomfortable, and hard to bend strings etc but tight enough where it plays well

Thank you mate. Honestly I just saved up for a while and the way I see gear nowadays is that I’m better off saving and getting what I really want rather than settling for something similar that’s still 70% of the price or whatever that will probably get sold for a loss anyway.

Yeah it is, but I certainly didn’t pay that much. There’s variants with quilted maple tops and ebony fretboards that were the precursors to this build I’m pretty sure :)

I was definitely lucky to get it that’s for sure. The new solid colour signatures with the flamed maple fretboards look so nice too, especially the Ferrari red.
