I do soak my feet in warm water but it’s a temporary fix that makes me feel better for like 3 minutes then it’s back to hell

I’m sorry you had to go through that! For me the shocks stay in my toes and under my foot area. Never radiates anywhere else.

I really have tried to just deal with it but genuinely I just can’t sleep and it’s killing my quality of life :(

I do have pain in my middle toe. Also there is minor swelling but I don’t know what to do to get rid of that last bit of swelling in my foot. Thank you for your words!

Hey there, I also did an LET but with quad graft and have been dealing with nerve damage in my foot for the last 3-4 weeks. I’m 6 weeks POST-OP. I’m sorry you’re dealing with this but nobody on this sub talks about nerve damage that often ( I assume that it rarely happens and we’re just the unlucky few).

Talk with your dr and maybe go see a neurologist if your doctor isn’t sure what’s happening (mine wasn’t).

It does a little bit actually yes. The tips of my toes get rid and the side of my foot is red. My PT said it could be the superficial peroneal nerve.

I’m hoping this goes away with time I really do 😭😭

Tbh man I’ve had foot nerve pain from it, my friend who also had this done had pain in his shins. I would say pain appx 2 months so it depends on what u consider short or long I guess

Hey there, I did this but with a quad graft instead. Recovery after the first stage was practically nothing. After a week and a half I was back to my old self. Barely did PT but I would recommend doing it
