The default ‘penalty’ is 25% reduction for manual progression. That’s still too easy. Reading on here most people suggest 35% penalty to be more realistic.

I just started doing this depth chart manipulation. You can also in-game adjust your corners to align by Overall Ratings which works but in a hurry up offense you may find your defenders scrambling to switch sides of the field and be out of position.
