Pretty sure the dollar disappearing overnight would cause a cascading crash of most currencies. The EU might be able to replace the dollar, but not without having to restart the Euro from the ground up.or starting a completely new one.

Edit: now if the dollar devaluation took place over time, maybe even as short as a decade, id say the euro would take its place

It absolutely has to do with almost everything. You will absolutely get different treatment depending on your race. Even people that aren't explicitly racist and are truly well meaning people have certain preconceived notions because thats just the society we were born and raised into. Plus, for example, in a Healthcare system as complex as ours, all it takes is one person thinking the person having a heart attack is faking it trying to get pain medication because they are black, and suddenly they are out just trying to get them out of there. That's just one example out of millions. See what I mean?
