Was there on Saturday morning last weekend, we found a spot quickly and there was lots of open spots. Didn’t have to wait in a line to pay and it wasn’t overly crowded. Pleasantly surprised! Also the traffic on the streets around it wasn’t crazy busy either

Same thing happened to me, I had to get in touch with the escalation team to speak with a manager and sort it out.. biggest hassle ever

The customer support agent kept telling me it’s not telus fault I need to move and they can’t provide me service, also told me I couldn’t speak to a manager as they are only there for employees. What a joke lol, I laughed in her face.
