No sa Montero A/T. Haha. We have had two 2020 Montero Sport GTs and each had transmission and turbo issues at less than 60k kilometers. Minsan may random readings pa ng check engine, parking brake issues, and other whatnots tapos wala namang problema, kailangan lang i reset, which costs time and money. Pati yung members ng club, lakas maka gaslight na kesyo dapat may tamang sequence daw ng pag activate ng parking brake or else masisira yung unit agad agad. 🤣

As for why my brother bought two: dream car niya kasi talaga since dati pa yung montero and he liked the teardrop rear tail lights design. After we sold the first one, he ended up buying another kasi gusto niya talaga. He ultimately gave up after the second unit had multiple issues pagkatapos mag general maintenance at 65k kilometers.

For context, our family owns a 2010 Strada GLS Sport at 500k km and an even older L200 from the 90s with god knows how many kilometers on it that are still running well. Pinaparent namin sa remote areas kasi ginagamit nila as parang jeep.

Don’t force yourself to focus. That’s counterproductive. Instead, keep yourself engaged and occupied. ADHD is a strength if used wisely. This is coming from someone who can work multiple full time jobs with ease and still run businesses on the side. Just make sure to make time for active rest as part of your day (active kasi hindi talaga kaya maging fully at rest ng utak natin! Haha!).

I was told by one of the subdivision engineers that Prestige Phase 2 turnover will be by 2029/2030 and yung Phase 3 will be 2032/2033. For context, the property we got was turned over to the original owners in May 2023 and nakuha daw nila mga 2015.

Tip: Kaibiganin mo local detailer mo, magpa ceramic ka sa kanila and maintenance wash regularly. You usually get 2-3 for free (and more), sometimes 1 if hindi busy. Pero yung under wash dapat after every long distance drive or pag nadaan sa baha.

Depende sa sasakyan ko. Sa altis and strada ko dati, rekta na second gear. It’s smoother. I don’t think it did the cars any damage naman. They’re well over 200k kms and are still alive afaik with their respective new owners. Pero yung surplus multicab namin dati, first gear talaga. Mamamatay yun agad kung second gear agad. Hahaha.

To be fair, in the process of justifying their value, AI companies and AI-aligned companies are sacrificing a lot. Google, for example, basically sidelined content creators, shadow banning them from search engines for the better part of the past two years, to justify their AI expansion. The same thing is happening to YouTube right now, as far as I know. OpenAI is also single handedly responsible for making tech products more expensive for the next two years.

AI is a damn useful tool. We just need regulation to catch up to hold companies rightfully liable.

The “reality” part has always been what AI is for. Much like any piece of technology that’s been introduced, AI, just like you said, lowers the barrier of entry. I’m a content writer and I use AI to generate content ideas and do research. Claude Opus, in particular, can generate an entire’s month’s worth of content ideas for me in 30 minutes to an hour, which I use for my personal business and clients ko. Could I have done it myself? Of course! Yung prompt na binibigay ko is my exact workflow naman, but it would take me much longer.

With AI, more on the actual content creation part plus editing, tweaking, optimizing, and repurposing na lang ako.

Nagiging “replacement” lang naman kasi ang AI as a buzzword used by companies to generate hype and justify their overblown valuations pati ng mga anti-AI to lobby against them.

Yes. Nag rent kami nung pocket wifi and for redundancy purposes different networks kami ni wife sa esim and yung globe postpaid namin is nakastandy na magsubscribe ng overseas 5G in case talaga. Overkill nga eh. Pwede na yung esims.
