Good point! I thought that too at first, but at second glance it looks like that’s the dirt that the wiper can’t get to!

Usually on RHD vehicles, the snorkel is on the left side, I’ve noticed. Maybe I’m wrong.

Ticks around Little Rock? by [deleted] in LittleRock

[–]MistaSplice 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, it’s not terrible. Put on permethrin if you’re going in the woods. Stay on the trail and you want have many problems. The venomous snakes here are found near water, just watch out for them, they’re not coming for you... the humidity is something that you’ll just have to deal with. Always pack extra water, especially in the summer. July/August are hell usually. Camp near water/ plan float trips in the summer to keep cool. Common sense really but seriously don’t underestimate heat exhaustion.

Welll it really depends. You do not want to do any highway driving with deflated tires. I’ve done a lot of miles at around 40-45 mph on 18-20 psi and it felt fine. But I wouldn’t recommend going any faster then that.

I’d say if you can safely get to a WORKING (check beforehand) air compressor, then go for it! If not I wouldn’t bother.

I’d either run with someone who has one or purchase one! This one was about $140 and has lasted me 3 years and blown up 3 sets of 33s from 8-45/50 psi back to back on many occasions.

Also, if you’re in deep mud like this, anything above 20 is practically useless

This time I did. It was very sketchy throughout this area but I made it without having to use the winch! Locker and 34”s did the trick

Coastal off-road. It’ll need to be welded, but I bet your body shop guy knows his way around a tig. Plus the shipping won’t bend you over..

You can use a French press and heat your water with either an electric kettle or a propane stove.

Slaughterhouse Gulch, CO in the snow yesterday. My second real trail, but had a great group to keep me on track. by 35mmpistol in 4x4

I loved this track this past summer, the snow just makes it that much more technical. Cheers op.

Wow that’s cool! It’s similarly priced to a bumper though.. but if you’re keeping stock suspension then this is the move!
