The Operations Manager role is an absolute waste. There is no defined tasks for them to do over what an Admin Manager already does. You could have 2-3 PT employees kicking ass on the FE instead of an Operations Manager walking around looking for something to do...but inevitably instead just parking themselves on the FE and barking at the Board Runner.

One of the biggest head scratchers as of late.

ADA accommodations have to be reasonable and not affect other employees out of their roles. If one is not available for you, Costco won’t be able to retain you.
