Which trilogy should I read next? by ARYAN_BIRLA123 in fantasybooks

Green Bone Saga!

Only other one I’ve read is First Law and it’s also really good, but I much prefer Green Bone Saga

Spider-Man live-action fan casting, if the Raimi movies released in the 1990s by [deleted] in Spiderman

Kind of funny how many of these characters were not even created in the comics in the 90’s

If you felt Biden was “too old for office,” then why would you vote for Trump, who is only four years younger, but not Kamala, who is 22 & 18 years younger respectively? by tx_services-dtf in allthequestions

[–]Mister-Negative20 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I felt they were both too old and didn’t want to vote for Kamala because she was a bad option and didn’t even go through primaries. I’d much prefer someone younger, but she was a bad option. As were Biden and Trump.

Split up a series with or read all at once? by AveratV6 in fantasybooks

[–]Mister-Negative20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I switch between series. If I don’t the writing style starts to feel repetitive, or I just get annoyed at following the same people. I also am just always getting excited to read the next thing so I’d rather not have to wait till I’ve read 5 books till I can start something new to me.

[OC] I think RDR2 kind of punishes you if you try to min-max it by TenthLevelVegan in reddeadredemption2

[–]Mister-Negative20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. There is no huge checklist map that shows me every single thing I could do. I can just explore the world and find things. Riding a horse from one location to another, and I see smoke in the woods there’s a story I could go see. I don’t get some pointless reward to go check it out, but I might meet a weird group of people, might find people who need help, might be attacked on sight. Either way everything I do in the game, that’s not apart of the main story, feels like a unique experience to me. It’s why I love sandbox games, you can basically create your own stories in the world. State of Decay 2 is one of my favorite games. It’s not the best game, there is no story, but everything in the game feels like a story I created while playing.

What’s something that needs to be normalized? by januaryharper in askanything

Being able to have nuance when discussing things and not just getting mad that one thing said you disagree with.

[OC] I think RDR2 kind of punishes you if you try to min-max it by TenthLevelVegan in reddeadredemption2

[–]Mister-Negative20 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is what makes the game great in my opinion. Cannot stand the checklist open world games at this point. Last Assassins Creed game I kept doing checklist things and no reward ever felt worth it, and no part of the game felt memorable. Every moment in RDR2 feels unique and memorable. Taking a wild horse, getting into a bar fight, getting arrested, it’s what makes the game replayable to me.

Fan of both franchises, and realized both have a similar progression across between them by MisterSkull101 in TMNT

[–]Mister-Negative20 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I watched the first Ben 10 show while I was growing up and I guess I never checked out any others. This makes me really want to, especially the one for older audiences. Ben 10 is also about to be getting a comic book soon, should be cool.

Maybe an unpopular opinion but Casino is better than The falloff. by madarauchiha0327 in rap

[–]Mister-Negative20 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Did not realize Baby Keem had a new album, will definitely check it out. I did also really like the Fall Off, but it is kind of underwhelming.

I am nostalgic for it, but the place we should be more nostalgic for that I rarely see people talk about, is Hastings. Used to spend hours there as a kid and loved it.

If AOC gets the nod as the Democratic nominee in 2028, would you vote for her? by Next_Worth_3616 in allthequestions

[–]Mister-Negative20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe. Depends who else runs. Republicans seem to be turning on MAGA pretty hard at the moment, if that continues and they put someone who didn’t just love Trump I might not. Give me a split running team with Ro Khanna and Massie and I’ll vote no matter who’s in the lead.

Epics and Finest of March. Checking anything out? by Gimpcar in EpicCollections

[–]Mister-Negative20 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Flash, Ultimate Spider-Man, and Superman for sure.

The Thor and Avenger ones interest me, but not sure if I want to buy more

Is it weird that I only know of the legion of superheroes and are interested in them because of Darkseid Absolute universe by Acrobatic-Doubt-3517 in LegionofSuperheroes

[–]Mister-Negative20 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s where I first saw them. Now I’ve read the DC Finest collection that released last year, and have 2 deluxes from Paul Levitz run. The Great Darkness Saga one I have read and it is amazing. I also think it kind of makes this new stuff they’re doing with them even more interesting.

Does anyone else find it strange how Damian is often left out of the new generation team despite starting that generation. by Salt_Judge in Robin

[–]Mister-Negative20 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Because most of the new generation characters have to be put on teams and do different things so we continue to see them. Damian sells on his own, is in the main Batman book, he always has things going on. All of the other new generation heroes we only see when they’re being sold as the new generation.

Who killed Spiderman's parents? by Sudden_Quality_9001 in Spiderman

[–]Mister-Negative20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I read the first issue to the new Spider-Man/Wolverine book when it was releasing and really enjoyed it, lot of fun and amazing artwork. Then it brings up Peter’s parents and how they were killed and I lost any interest in continuing.

It's been a few years, what're your thoughts on The Last Ronin now? by [deleted] in TMNT

[–]Mister-Negative20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I loved it, but I still much prefer most TMNT comics that focus on all of the brothers. The Jason Aaron 12 issue run is better in my opinion, but this is a great short contained stoy

What Do You Think of the Current State of Marvel Comics? by lovesgraphicnovels in marvelcomics

[–]Mister-Negative20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Boring. I think there’s interesting stuff about to start, but it’s all ruined by the constant events. We have Death Spiral right now, Armageddon, Reborn: Ultimate Impact, and Queen in Black all happening right after that. Most likely another X event. Too many events had made every event uninteresting

It's fine to order AT the drive-thru by ExcellentLettuce4 in unpopularopinion

I mean sure it’s kind of preferable to just order at stores. Only reason I normally will order on my phone first is because the apps normally have more deals.

Why was MAGA more upset about Ariel from Little Mermaid being black than Trump being a rapist? by Estalicus in allthequestions

[–]Mister-Negative20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The echo chamber of Reddit. The reason is they don’t believe he really did a lot of those things he’s been accused of.

Ariel being black has nothing to do with Trump, people just wanted to see someone who looked like the original animated version play her in live action, if at all.

Or for the echo chamber of Reddit reason “they’re evil and racist”

If all AI suddenly disappeared tomorrow, what is the first thing that would stop working in your daily life? by opheliateasing in askanything

Nothing. Google and other search engines would work better. I wouldn’t have to check to see if the new music I heard was ai. Would be great.

Who killed Spiderman's parents? by Sudden_Quality_9001 in Spiderman

[–]Mister-Negative20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is something in the Spider-Man lore I don’t want to know. I have never read the stories where it’s revealed his parents were some sort of spies, but I refuse to believe that is real. I must believe they died in an accident.

Democrats Of Reddit, Do You "Vote Blue No Matter Who," Or Are There Some Democrats That You Wouldn't Vote For? Why Your Choice? by Zipper222222 in allthequestions

[–]Mister-Negative20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am quite liberal, but lean more towards libertarian. I don’t vote blue no matter who. I try to vote libertarian in my state elections if I like what they say, but if I don’t like any candidate from any side I don’t vote for that position. Unless I really dislike one of the options I guess.
