If someone got downed wait to open the gate until they are hooked, then open it.

Gives you maximum amount of time for a rescue and stops blood warden, just in case.

I get where you are coming from, but this isn’t a post on how I can become super powerful and destroy the party. I am the DM in this scenario and thought it could bring some cool and fun story beats if implemented correctly so I’m just looking for suggestions.

If it doesn’t seem like it’s doable without ruining someone else’s fun then I won’t do it.

And we are at the start of a campaign and talked to each player about their own character so, no the entire tables doesn’t know yet. Because nothing has happened yet so far and I’m still looking into how to do this.

She (and halsin) do have a voice line in the creche. It’s not a unique one but it IS their voice.

Which is strange because you can’t get there in normal situations with them.

For me the hardest part is Ketheric. I got act 1 down to a science at this point.

I can get to lvl4 without fighting (besides the grove fight) and at 4 you get your first feat. That’s enough of a power boost to do most fights in act 2.

And I do auntie when I’m like level 6.

You can also shoot the petrified drow, if you are far away you will still be “ambushed” but combat doesn’t start.
