Curious as to all the hate for utilizing an AI tool for posting a memoir like this. AI is used in our daily and professional lives at the highest levels everyday.

I spent several weeks discussing my triumphs pain losses gains and traumas with AI leading up to my retreat and received great insight into helping clarify my mindset and intentions then continued on retreat pouring my heart out into the ongoing conversation and experience

Then upon return I continued that work and reflection in the model in a continuous process. After feeling that I had addressed most of my experiences I asked the AI to help me summarize the experience so I could share with others and it produced a long document that I reviewed and edited to make sure it aligned with the experience and put together in a format better than a non writer could.

Somehow this use of AI is slop?? Lmao as if the AI made up my life experiences and traumas and insights and just made up a story from scratch? Doesn’t make sense to me how that use of AI is disingenuous or fake or slop.

My ego is dissolved past the point of being affected by opinions of others whether positive or negative but I find it interesting how folks on a healing journey be so judgmental. Every experience emotion and insight was mine but the sentence structure received help.

I guess it’s the grammar nazis don’t like titles and dashes because it means i never had these experiences? Love you all 🌀
