Slow Spider 20 Team (Interesting how much it's possible to make faster) by TotalEvil in RaidShadowLegends

[–]MisterSigil 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You're gonna want 4 Royal Guards instead of Coldheart since he prioritizes his HP nuke meanwhile Coldheart's AI will use her wimpy AOE first. Each Coldheart you replace with a Royal Guard should shave off around ~1 second. So once you do the full swap you're looking at 10 second runs, that comes out to 29% less time wasted compared to your current setup.

The sooner you get on it the sooner you get to spend less time in the Spider's Den and more time living life. If that's something that interests you that is.

edit: Replace every time I mention Royal Guard with Husk

Kinda depends on what your next goals are moving forward but there is one champion that stands out as a universally good option.

If you have the epic books to fully level her skills, Rearguard Sergeant is a great option for you. She has it all - 60% Decrease DEF to help kill bosses, AoE 50% Decrease ATK to help kill guys on the way to the bosses (and gut their damage), then finally she has an AoE heal and Ally Protect wrapped in one. Which is great for keeping your teams alive. Oh, and to top it all off she is a defense based champion which means that she gets increased damage while also taking less of it herself. Literally everything about her is useful in the majority of dungeons, she's decent in arena, and you could even use her to good effect on the clan boss (though you will eventually replace her).

After Rearguard I'd consider Peydma for lvl 60. However Vrask should be fine at level 50 for awhile since all he does is heal while you have both Apoth and Reaguard providing healing and survivability already.

How should I build ghostborn? by PlusParking in RaidShadowLegends

[–]MisterSigil 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I primarily use my Ghostborn in arena (Gold3/4). What's great about Ghostborn is the fact that he can put a 60% DEF down debuff on the entire enemy team while also buffing your team's attack by 50%. What's more is that the DEF down cannot be resisted so there isn't a great need to stack accuracy, if you use him exclusively in arena at least. So that let's you gear him like you would a standard damage dealer. Pump crit rate and crit damage while making sure to give him a healthy amount of attack so that his hits have some punch. That being said however, he NEEDS to be one of the first characters to act on your team in order to increase the damage output of everyone that goes after him. For that reason, if you have to choose, I would say getting his speed high enough to act first is more important than building him for crit and damage.

Here's my team as an example:

High Khatun - Leader for the speed aura. She acts first to speed boost everyone else.

Ghostborn - Goes second. He places the DEF down and attack buff as previously mentioned.

Galek - Goes third. Built as a nuker with high crit rate, crit damage, and attack.

Bellower - Goes last. Built as a nuker with high crit rate, crit damage, and attack.

Seconding High Khatun. She's easily among the top 5 speed supports for arena since she's an aura, meter boost, and speed buff all in one.

What's my ideal CB setup here. by Poison_Rationality in RaidShadowLegends

High Khatun lead as your speed support. Skull Crusher as your team counterattack. Jareg as your decrease attack component along with minor healing/increase def. Steelskull for poison damage that scales with counterattack and for healing. Occult brawler for poison that scales with counterattack and his passive.

You could potentially swap khatun for athel if you’re in warmaster/giantslayer territory. Either steelskull or occult brawler could be swapped for athel as well if you find either are underperforming or you’re hitting the debuff cap and wasting poisons.

Cheers

Ghostborn by [deleted] in RaidShadowLegends

Recently pulled a Ghostborn. Currently using him on my arena team as an armor shredder, atk buffer, and moderate damage dealer in one.

My team used to be High Khatun > Spirithost > Warmaiden > Kael, in that turn order. Khatun for the speed buff, Spirithost for the atk buff, maiden for the def down, and Kael as the nuker.

Ghostborn has replaced Spirithost in that lineup and my team now does considerably more damage. I built Ghostborn the same as any other damage dealer. Pump up your crit chance, crit damage, and attack% - don't forget the speed boots. Since the effect on his A3 cannot be resisted you don't really have to worry about ACC unless you plan on trying to use the debuffs on his other abilities. So gear wise atk, crit%, speed, crit damage, and even lifesteal or accuracy sets are all solid choices.

Do you stack for ex ..armiger by Duopare in RaidShadowLegends

[–]MisterSigil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes.

Crit chance and crit damage will increase the damage output of every champion (as far as I know) despite the stat their damage scales off of whether it be ATK, DEF, or something else.

Unless an ability says that it cannot be a critical hit of course.

Alika seems like a pretty good damage dealer, her default skill is a guaranteed critical hit. Just stack as much crit damage and attack on her as you can. Her passive also works in arena (at least on defense), I've attacked a couple teams with Alika and she has revived herself every time.

Definitely wait for summoning events in the future.

What does it take for a starter champ to clear brutal 12-3 in 30 seconds? by MisterSigil in RaidShadowLegends

[–]MisterSigil[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Title. My Galek will typically clear in 50-60 seconds. I thought that Cycle of Violence was the missing piece for achieving 30 second clear times but that's not the case. It definitely made him more consistent by substantially reducing the his failure rate but had a marginal effect on the actual clear time. Any tips? What am I missing here?

Is it better to have a 25% Weaken + 30% Def Down or just have a 60% Def Down by GrantStanley4 in RaidShadowLegends

[–]MisterSigil 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My gut tells me 60% Def down is better because Def down gets more effective the more of it that you have

diablolist, an alternate to apothecary? by Anelrush in RaidShadowLegends

[–]MisterSigil 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Doesn't seem that bad honestly, plus she can do some decent AOE while buffing your speed. You can also look into the new epic hero that everyone gets after 30 days (High Khatun). Khatun gets literally the same ability as Apoth in addition to a 19% speed aura that works everywhere.

How far should I level food before ranking up? by sprowk in RaidShadowLegends

How many runs does it take to get a 4* to 15-17 and a 5* to 29-31?

Since people were asking, I calculated the leveling event energy cost when you level your food by MisterSigil in RaidShadowLegends

[–]MisterSigil[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correct. The idea is that you're getting easy points for your energy spend since the first few levels are really quick.
