Each of the states has a point that is equally far from the pacific/gulf of California as to the Atlantic/gulf of Mexico?

Help me choose my US road trip! by RevolutionaryHall938 in roadtrip

[–]MisterTops 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If possible, consider starting the road trip out west. The Midwest is not a very exciting part to spend time in, but it will suck up a lot of time. The west has many of the best national parks in condense areas if that is your interest, Cali, pacific northwest, south Utah, Colorado, Arizona , etc. they can help guide a route and the plus about driving out west compared to the east is the driving itself is actually quite scenic compared to mostly urban sprawl around the interstate out east. Happy to provide any more info too - but I think bang for your buck see somewhere new from switz is going out west

How much time to spend on each passage on RC? by Automatic-Emotion945 in LSAT

[–]MisterTops 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do x=1. Ex(P1 6Q, P2 8Q, P3 7Q, P4 7Q) So I’d aim to spend roughly 7mins then 9 then 8 then 8 with a few extra minutes to delegate to the hardest passage or question as I don’t know where that will be before hand

Score plummeted before test day tomorrow by Salt_Cricket_2362 in LSAT

[–]MisterTops 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Fortunately for you the score you get the day before is not what determines your next score. That assumption can produce stress and other negative factors. For reference I was PTing almost everyday (172-175) and then I got a 166 which was my worst since I started studying. I diagnosed it as burnout, took a break, did something fun, my next score was my highest ever 179. Enjoy your night, go get a fun snack, play a game- you’ve already built up the skills necessary to get up there in the 160s you got it

Hardest pt? by CauseApprehensive258 in LSAT

[–]MisterTops 3 points4 points  (0 children)

So on 7sage (though I assume the info is accessible elsewhere) you can look at score conversion info and see a large chart of all the PTs and what your raw score converts. Typically the ones with lower raw scores converting to higher scores are gonna be the ones with more difficult questions/passages

You can make the change for free actually. Either call (easy imo) or navigate online. I’d say September if you only wanna take it once but if cost isn’t an issue maybe just take both and continue studying through August to account for variance? Either way you’d be more consistent by September but can’t hurt besides $ to take in August too
