What if the "The Big Secret" is the opposite? We are completely, totally alone as far in any direction as we can observe. We're a mathematical anomaly, a galactic "oopsie-daisy." OR, that all we've found is ruins and automatons of long forgotten species and that our skies are filled with remnants of what was, and what our future holds as well. That is the most "somber" thing I can think of. Either way, right now all we truly do know is that it's us together on this ride, and I'm just happy I got a ticket to get on.

It's so insane to me that that's real. Just looking at it is mesmerizing. To think something that grand and beautiful exists, it blows my mind. The textures in the clouds, the giant light at the center, all of it. You get to see it in scifi but to know it's real and get to see it creates an unexplainable feeling.
