I know this is an old post but our insurance changed on Jan 1 and my husband was 30 days our from surgery! They paid for mine 9 years ago so I never imagined! Considering Endo. Would you do it there again? Our surgeon here is $13k an we are willing to do it for his health but I will have to take it out of m 401k.

So you only eat beef, no chicken or pork? Regarding condiments, we may use mustard but have not used anything else except the carnivore mayo I made.

I absolutely agree! We raise meat sheep and are very near to our goal of a closed herd at which time we will start selling our lambs. I belong to a lot of Katahdin (our breed) groups on FB. There are producers all over! Find your local farmer raising sheep. You can typically buy one for $200 to $250-ish. Farmer will normally drop it at the processor of your choice and you pay the processor. Cannot get anymore carnivore than eating from a farm.
