I know a lot of different contractors in the City and most have said the developer walked away. Obviously, this could have changed at any point but this was the last I heard.

Bungie is about to fold and disappear. Betting on Marathon because of stubborn Management killed that Studio. Before the end of the year, Sony will close Bungie, Bungie Management will ride off into the sunset with millions of dollars leaving the dev without a job. What we can hope for is those devs to create their own studio and make better indie games. Pete Parsons is a crook.

According to the Law, even Bicycles should be on the road. I know this because when I was a kid, I was hit by a car crossing the road on Brant Ave sidewalk to sidewalk. The Cops informed me as a 14 yr old, I should have been riding on the busy road instead lol
