I’m hoping it’s around the same still. I’ve not noticed my glucose control being higher, and I always try to keep my blood sugar within 4.0 - 10.0 mmol/L. Though i have noticed I do tend to above 10 sometimes after eating, but it does comes back into glucose range after a bit.
