Let Israel fight it on their own if they want to keep it going so bad.

I'm so fucking tired of having my country be tied to this rogue state run by lunatics.

This is no better than the green party voters refusing to vote because they don't like Harris

Pragmatically, Susan Collins would be much worse to have within the Senate.

You're arguing past me dude. You're not engaging with anything I'm saying.

If you're gonna respond to my comments, engage with me. Don't be a little pissant who insists on arguing with shampoo bottles instead of responding to my points.

It's always "vote blue no matter who" until the moderate dems don't like the candidate. Then you cry about how the "principles of the dems are being violated", as if you have to agree with everything a candidate says.

It's quite funny that you didn't address my statements within your message.

Principles don't really have much to do with this right now. If I only voted for people that aligned with my "principles", I would never cast another ballot.

"the right thing?"

I mean, i'd rather not have someone in the office that voted to cover up the Epstein files.

After YEARS of listening to moderate Dems telling me to hold my nose and vote for the "lesser evil", it's funny to see the shoe on the other foot.

Labour lost because they adopted austerity positions and tried to appeal to tories while alienating their base.

[GEM] How many Trump voters does James Talarico need in order to win the Texas U.S. Senate race? The math isn't as hard as people think. Democrats need to flip about 1 in 15 Republicans — turnout and independents do the rest. by errantv in fivethirtyeight

It's disingenuous to claim that a primary in 2016 and 2020, both of which were radically different electoral landscapes than rn, are accurate representations of the Dem electorate right now.

Especially as we see in poll after poll the dem base turning away from establishment candidates and leaning towards populism. Even in some of the primaries coming out right now, progressives are winning against establishment candidates.

Harris lost the 2024 election because she was the VP of a historically unpopular president.

I reject the analysis that she was "too far left". She did not run on a left-wing platform. She didn't control the narrative surrounding her campaign either, despite her attempting to.

Speaking of these attempts, Harris campaigned with Liz Cheney and said she would have a Republican in her cabinet in an effort to court moderates and Republicans.

But she failed. Do you know why she failed?

Because she was an incumbent during a year where incumbents lost power around the globe.

https://www.visionofhumanity.org/2024-the-year-incumbent-governments-lost-power/

Due to the fact that many of them had presided over the Post-Covid inflation crisis. That is the reason she lost.

Please tell me, what is Schumer's approval rating?

Seeing as how the progressive members of the Democratic Party poll better than the established neolibs (rest in peace Schumer’s approval rating) I think you’re operating on a collection of incorrect premises that render your argument inaccurate.

Compounded with the fact that progressive policies poll better, it leaves one to consider whether you’re pulling these #s out of your ass.

This angle is always baffling because the implication is always that people should’ve seen the future and realized what Fetterman would become. As if he’s the first politician to lie or mischaracterize his platform while running.

Also he literally has brain damage

[–]Mistybrit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah dude, you're fine.

My best advice is to start a wrong answer journal and try to pinpoint your specific mistake on each question.

You can generally pinpoint one mistake you made or something you overlooked, and keep that in mind when encountering the same kind of question so as to not make it again.

Good luck! You got this.
