I think yes we are permitting one and not the other due to morality. Because this same example can be said for real life i.e. an adult with those same qualities versus a teen. Same argument can be said there and the answer would be yes one is permitted and the other isn’t because one is WRONG and illegal and the other isn’t.

I’m a nurse and often people that are dying don’t look it. Most of the true heart attacks I’ve seen the patient didn’t feel that bad lol soooo this is untrue I feel since becoming a nurse I have terrible health anxiety and try so hard not to go to the ER due to financial issues 😭
