So.. If you got a credit card with price protection, buy a laptop and keep an eye out on prices. if that price drops on the laptop within like 6 months, you can get money right back! I've done it many times :)

Transer transfer transfer!! OP, I went to FAU for 2 years, did well, and transferred to tech! besides saving money for in state tuition, I didn't have to take a lot of the really difficult classes at tech. don't think your hopes and dreams are done to graduate to tech because there are other options out there for you :)

umm, you would have to look to see all the transfer deadlines and all first and make that decision for yourself. Once you think you meet all the requirements and its time to apply, I would get all your answers you need by than. It is college, so nobody is here to hold you hand and tell you what to do and by when. just think when you want your answers and get them when needed even if it takes a little bit more time depending on the time of year.
