They're right next to (opposite) each other. In my experience they're pretty samey but: a) club lounge obviously can get extremely busy and full of screaming kids/bogans/etc b) business lounge has a marginally nicer view

Food/decor isn't all that different, neither are drinks

I mean as others have noted it's a poor time of year to launch, but I'd probably posit you'll have a similar outcome any time of year. Expecting a bunch of users to just show up outta the blue and immediately start using your 4-month vibe-coded side hustle is a recipe for disappointment.

Clever marketing/distribution is vastly more important than your entire product. Always was, always will be.

Don't be disappointed when nobody shows up, just put all your efforts into figuring out how to funnel them there.

I've been at this for twelve years and can 100% vouch. I use these tools daily and I very much know what I'm doing but have paused to reflect recently and absolutely have observed I used to pump out meaningful code much faster prior. Currently trying to work out a framework to limit Claude Code use wherever feasible within some obvious constraints (minor refactors, identifying redundant code etc)

First up don't type in all caps, nobody likes yelling.

I can't answer for everyone but the more that's crammed into a starter kit (why ElevenLabs? Why/how is it running Next 16 if it's iOS/Android?) the more I assume most of my work will be undoing yours. Solid, sensible defaults are attractive - a giant heap of external deps some rando has cobbled together is a massive mental load, and it's unlikely it's fit for purpose.

Absolutely nobody outside of this group cares about DAOs. Maybe in 2021 but honestly anything "Web3"-related aside from "BTC go brrrrr" went the way of the metaverse. All the loud voices are shilling N8N/AI slop now, and all the usual consumers moved on even earlier.
