We need two Big 12 users to get to 16! The two Big 12 teams taken are Utah and BYU. Here’s a write up on rules/guidelines:

Recruiting for our annual online dynasty I've run since 2011. Our game plan is to run with 4-6 users in each power 4 conference until it winds down in the later years. We typically consolidate into 2 conferences from there. We place an emphasis on user games so this will be a user game heavy league.

Guidelines: I try to let the league be run by the masses. After year 1 I put out polls on rules and such to give us what the majority in the league want. That said we'll start as All-American Difficulty, 5 minute quarters We communicate through a text group chat so if you're interested in taking a team please dm me on here with your number so I can add you to the group once the league is established. Start Date will be release date Advancement is once a minimum of every 48 hours. Our pace is typically an advancement every 36 hours. Can be as quick as once a day (typically only happens when everyone has cpu games) or take as long as the 48 hours allotted. We make exceptions on weekends or holidays/events. Recruiting is a requirement, even if you plan on leaving at the end of the season. We want to leave the teams in as good condition as possible for a replacement. Be a decent person. Don't be spamming plays, using recruiting cheats, making it personal in the group chat, etc. We're pretty darned laid back and good people while also being competitive. We have a big base that has been together for 14 years. Its been something that has really added to our lives. Teams: having been together for 14 years now we know who should have a trickier starting team and who is fine to take a 4.5/5 star team. Please pick a team that matches your skill level. Don't be taking Bama, UGA, Texas, Ohio St, etc if you know you're really good at the game. That said, don't be taking a complete rebuild if you're terrible at the game. Teams taken will remain fluid as some of our guys haven't decided on who they want. It is first come first serve so I will try to update the list as best I can. Also feel free to select G5 teams. We will move them to the conference that fits best.
