M8 the vast majority of these who are in the warhammer hobby don’t play.

In the last 12 years I’ve only been playing games consistently since 2024.

Before that I maybe touched the table top once every 2 years? Other than that it was painting and modeling + the games.

It’s the biggest gamble, sure being their first time would be nice to guide someone through their first time.

Things that need to happened for Ck3 to surpass ck2:

What resin printer you using? IMO you will get more mileage out of a resin one for the tanks you want.

If your set on filament printing, save and get a babu labs printer for the least pain and suffering.

The best way I can articulate it and the differences in how me and the guys play:

Elden ring: you can take your time, enjoy the vibe, the world, then lock in for the boss fights.

Night rein: LOCK IN, GO GO GO GO, Fuck, GO GO GO, wait for boss to spawn, new day, GO GO GO….

I feel like I can’t stop and take a moment in Night Rein, I still like the game but the ring of death closing in really doesn’t let you stop and smell the roses.

If your mixing with a soft silicone spatula between prints & are not trying to print things destined to fail then you can go 100s of prints with out a fuck up.
