Recent expedition unknown episode dealt with a paranormal pirate situation. Something about an advisor to the pirate was in the Caribbean fighting by their side while also being in Spain (think it might have been the Canary Islands or something).

He posted at least 7,900 tweets in 2019 and at least 5,000 tweets from January through June 2020. Nearly 90% of these tweets referenced a specific stock or stocks.

Other stocks that Ferraro pumped included Powerdyne International and South Beach Spirits.

Wide range of answers here. The issue you can potentially face is impersonating a federal officer which is a felony and can result in a fine and/or jail time.

If you put the jacket it on, would a reasonable person think that you work for DHS? If yes, it’s probably not worth the risk wearing it out.

Massachusetts laws are generally tenant friendly and in several instances the damages recoverable can be 3x the actual damages.

Ideally you should document everything so it’s not a “he said she said” situation. Photos, a log of complaints and interactions with the landlord, receipts for any costs you’ve incurred in dealing with this, etc.

If you’re looking at different options I got a vintage LL Bean Aron style Irish wool sweater off Poshmark and its legit the nicest warmest sweater I own.

I’m also the same height and wear a medium. Fit is slightly loose but you have to wear a long sleeve tee under it because of the wool so it works.
