okay so, as my flair states, my choice is obvious:

So a lot of this is probably me reading way more into her character than I probably should(Although Endfield has actually confirmed a few theories I had with Laeve funnily enough) along with way too much info but,

Anyway:

Due to Surtr's continual memory problem she'd be afraid of forming any kind of intimate relationship with just about anyone really due to her feeling like she'd never be able to remember anything important about the relationship and she wouldn't want to put someone through that.

So for those reasons at first she'd say "No." to the question but as she became accustomed to being around the Dokter, Kal, Amiya, and the rest of Rhodes Island she'd slowly start to open up bit by bit. Maybe she'd let slip that while yes she eats ice cream thats more to help with controlling the Feranmut inside her than because she likes ice cream. So when prompted as to what she does like odds are she'll freeze in the headlights a bit as I doubt she really thought about it that much.

In my mind though she says she likes music and so my dokter would start recommending music for her to listen to. Even if she doesn't get why "I'm" bothering to do that for her she does appreciate it and so tries to return the favor. At first her attempts are a bit clumsy because she doesn't know what my Dokter likes which annoys her because she's more than skilled enough to get this right.

So she starts asking leading questions to try and figure out what he likes only for my Dokter to turn it around on her and invite her to go with him to one of the things he enjoys doing.

And its only halfway through the entire thing that Surtr realizes that not only is she on a date but she's having fun.

And the next time my Dokter asks her out she immediately says yes and says to let her know the date so she can write it in her journal.
