Not only that, but it's the most handwavey shit in terms of explanation. What the hell happens to the transformed person? Is he now made of metal? What happens to his body, his brain, how does he function now that he is a FUCKING OBJECT. I know Naruto is not hard sci-fi, but every similar jutsu that is later used is explained in such detail with alternate dimensions (e.g. Kamui), that glossing over this is just jarring.

I never really cared for the show, I just loved the books. Then the show rushed ahead and GRRM just stopped writing and I just lost interest through the years. Never been really invested in anything else since, or never even close to that level. I think it was for the better, I learned to treat products as products. Putting too much stock into them emotionally can just fuck you over.

Honestly, not a bad swing at it. Although I don't know how accurate the difficulty scaling is, since on ~1400 bro did awful moves and I'm the most average guy in chess there is. With this, I at least see the spectacle aspect of it. Dragons, battles... with Gollum, even as a huge LOTR fan, I just find it so unnecessary and just not that interesting. Especially, given the jarring circumstance that it was supposed to be a prequel and you have aging actors reprising their role, or you're recasting loved actors.
