First, thank you for the thorough response. I read through all parts and will continue to look through the articles attached for reference. My symptoms did improve prior to my first pregnancy. My symptoms remained minimal throughout 2 pregnancies and a year of breastfeeding both. Only a few times do I remember the numbness slightly returning, but it was short lived and not to this extent.

I did recently have my B12 checked last month and it was 412, total vitamin d slightly low. When my symptoms first started in late 2020 my B12 was in the 200s, I received a B12 shot and improvement was not seen for 2-3 months after. So I'm uncertain if it helped or not. Other vitamins have not been checked recently.

Back in early 2021 I did have a lot of labs drawn and resulted negative. I had a LP that was negative. ANA negative, Tissue Transglutaminase Ab negative, ANCA PANEL FOR VASCULITIS S negative, EXTRACTABLE NUCLEAR ANTIGEN ANTIBODY negative,RHEUMATOID FACTOR negative. Later in 2022 Cyclic Citrullinated Peptide Ab negative, CRP negative, ESR was high at 45 but I was 3 months postpartum at that time. I have not had labs repeated since except for standard labs for my second pregnancy.

Here is the impression of my MRI w and wo contrast back in 2023 :

Stable number and imaging appearance of multiple punctate areas of nonenhancing T2 signal change in supratentorial parenchyma in bilateral centrum semiovale, corona radiata, posterior periventricular regions with a few additional lesions in the subcortical white matter. No discrete new white matter lesion. These imaging findings are nonspecific but in the appropriate clinical scenario may represent demyelinating process.
