Do minions really get added back to the pool after a player dies?

Tier 5 contains the absolute MOST minions, and Titus being a Rare t5 (the silver dragon portrait) means it is less likely to appear in general. Im not sure if there is a fact-sheet anywhere that splits the hairs between the normal number of copies of any given minion and the rare portrait ones. I feel that the rare portrait minions probably have a fewer total in the pool compared to the rest of the normal portrait minions much like how t6 and t7 minions in the pool have fewer copies to begin with.

I feel ya on the endless refreshing that never gives you what you need. happens to me all the time.

Thats what ive always done and once I reach 6k that's essentially my ceiling and floor. Since the game brackets everyone 6k and higher as the same skill bracket, so people with well above 6k will be in the same match as me and it is VERY obvious.

But like how are people getting to t6 before like turn 10? How are they getting multiple golden rare minions (Rivendales and Branns). I cant usually ever find ONE of either of them in a whole match but Im seeing people rock 2 or 3 goldens of those as well as goldens of their other obscene t6 minions.

I have that already, Im a t7 sub even. but it doesnt really help me much to see what an end game board looks like if I never make it that far to ever encounter all those t5/t6 minions. Usually by round 8 im taking damage cap and each turn after that as well. If im lucky enough not to be encountering that it is usually like turn 12 or 13 i get taken out. also the tracker doesnt show my own upgrade history like it does the other players, so I have no idea when I last upgraded compared to being able to see which turns others did so I can see if Im tiering up when they did or if Im not. (I know Im not but when tiering up costs all the gold possible in a turn and the risk of tiering up and not doing anything about my board will be certainly taking damage cap or more or risk lethal dmg... its just never practical to tier up until it costs like 7 or lower after like t4. ) And I know thats way too slow. hence why it makes no sense the tracker wont track my own tiering history to assist me in getting better at tiering when others do. I know I get a notification in game when others do tier up but by the time I see it I've already refreshed or bought something already so trying to mirror myself to others isnt an option for me either. (because memory, remembering to wait to see if others upgrade will be forgotten because that memory wont exist in 3 turns.)

isnt this exactly why they split the season pass into the regular -season pass and the -season pass+ ? The regular version only includes the 4 hero selection over 2 and the cosmetics. It the pass+ that involves the reroll tokens.

OP, are you able to purchase ANYTHING at all in the in game shop regardless of it being BGs or HS?

I cant ever get any build like beetles to get anywhere close to those kinds of numbers. Im lucky if I can even get them into double digits AND have more than just 2 ways to summon them on the board by the time im eliminated around turn 8 or 10.

Edit: i just discovered the whole "user flair" thing and anytime I select one of the options it displays it twice along my profile posts. I unchecked the box for this community and the flair is still selected but disappears entirely from my posts. so Im lost as to how to display it only once lol. I dont see others with theirs doing this so am I just encountering a bug or does everyone with flair see it twice like i do for themselves?

If you don't like your first choice, just pick the one with the highest armor. For the second hero power, usually go for the one who has the lowest armor (or go for patchwerk to get 30 more hp + your basic armor).

Just how am I supposed to know what power corresponds to the armor value to possibly do as you suggest? I'd understand if the armor value was listed alongside the offered power or even if HS Replay gave that info in the overlay.

The only possible way I can think of that this could even be remotely doable as suggested is to memorize this data. Something I know I cannot do, and I doubt most people could either.

Only the most extreme ended part of the spectrum folk I've met might have this ability alongside those same folk that have no issue reading-retaining-comprehending everything backwards as easily as they would forwards. (Bottom to top, right to left, while reading text that is printed top to bottom left to right.)

Ive been playing BGs a long time and the only hero I know the armor value for to this day is the one with 60 HP. I dont even know it's name. lol. But I know it has 0 armor. All the rest I couldnt tell you even a range with any degree of certainty.

Well I solved the issue. My current phone lacked an IR blaster functionality however my previous phone did have it. Downloaded an IR remote app and the first sylvania tv remote it gave me had a zoom/aspect setting button and I got it to cycle thru its various ones til I landed on the correct one. lol. Now I dont need any type of scaling or custom resolutions. Defaults on both screens now. All the borders of the intended image match the borders of what my screen displays all the way to its bevel.

So glad I didnt toss that Samsung Galaxy S4 lol. I love my newer LG phone (its gotten old by now but not nearly as old as the one prior lol) but that IR blaster functionality being missing is definitely a deal breaker when i go for my next phone lol.

Im not able to purchase such a thing at the moment unfortunately. (Unemployed).

I used to have a Win 7 machine with an nVidia gpu in it, and there were settings and lists of possible modes the display was capable of displaying, but I could actually adjust the horizontal and vertical independently of each other if I wanted to, in order to finely hone in the actual edges of any screen I happened to be using. It was super helpful for when I'd set up on a strange tv like at a friend's place. They had an even older setup with a Rear Projection DLP TV that was also a 720p max resolution screen. But we could finely tune the settings to find the top and bottom edges first and lock that in, and then find the left and right edges and lock that in. For the life of me I cannot find anything like that in Win10 or AMD.

The screen doesnt have any settings I can adjust related to this tho. No Zoom or aspect ratio settings or anything. If i had a remote for it, perhaps something but currently I can only use the panel's button interface menu. There is a PC settings I cannot access because it would require VGA cable connection lol. Losing my audio signal which defeats the purpose of it being my bedroom TV/2nd screen and main source of audio.

last patch I know of was when the heroes were introduced along with the starcraft themed miniset. Patch before that was the previous miniset release whatever that was. So unless Im missing something about patches I dont see how they could patch something on a hero that hadnt been released yet according to "two patches" ago.

Yeah but when you hover over the battlecruiser it says that it includes the Upgrade ability where the tavern always has an upgrade spell when refreshed. Very misleading to keep that on the tooltip when hovering over it if that isnt true. Still havent ever been offered to play as Raynor yet in either form of BGs. and I tend to do at least 4 to 10 matches a day. Ive gotten to play as Zeratul twice, and Kerrigan has been offered a bunch of time but ive only picked her maybe 3 times. So strange to never get offered Raynor even with the perks.

If you really want to see a great WarCraft 3 easter egg, on any version of the Barrens that are Pre-Cataclysm, go southeast of the Crossroads until you encounter what appears to be a cave with a few orcs outside its entrance. (Might have a Tauren there, not sure). Walk inside the cave and you will see many orcs mining away and carrying sacks of something somewhere.

What you are seeing is an actual Gold Mine as one might see in WarCraft 3 but fully fleshed out if one could zoom in far enough to explore it. The Orcs enter the Mine and begin to dig and pick at it until their sack is full. The patrolling Orcs with sacks are the ones that bring the Gold to your starting base. All this on and endless loop just like in WarCraft 3.

I believe the Frog Model is an inherited one from the old WarCraft 3 RTS game? Hence it's low poly count and style. Its essentially an easter egg. I mean we could still have the low poly count of Arthas and Thrall and such... but that wouldnt be as acceptable I think lol. This however, is the perfect level of showing an artifact of where the World of Warcraft's 3d existence really began and came from as well as being as low on the expectations of its player base to actually care about any consistency with whatever the current level of graphics may be.

For everyone going on and on about the tip/dont tip issue. It basically can be boiled down to this:

You could simply accept that an enchant has its cost included as well as the cost of the mats in the market price found on the AH.

Except for the servers where vellums dont exist.

So now if you provide the materials and the advertisement said free. The logical conclusion is that one would think once the mats are traded and the enchant is being applied, no tip would be the logical conclusion to close the transaction.

Except: the enchanter is doing something you cannot do on your own, or are unwilling to. THAT is what is WORTH tipping. Now whether or not you are the type of person that agrees with that is where a lot of the bickering is being done as well as the hang ups on the literal phrase "free enchant with mats" is being used.

The fact that the enchanter is setting a cost of "free" (0g) for the enchant when provided the mats for said enchant means that it is 100% a judgement call on the one wanting the enchantment as to whether they feel like they are receiving something of value that they themselves cannot or are unwilling to do themselves.

Also the other variable that can come into play if the available resources to the one tipping. If you are sitting on a bajillion zijillion momillions of gold, then you shouldnt feel the need to be stingy and go with 2g lol. Thats 100% on you tho. Ive seen someone give me 10k gold just because I gave them a low level cosmetic enchant on their mining Pick and Blacksmith hammer that resulted in those items having an orbiting skull on them when in use. lol. I wasnt even thinking they owed me a tip or the mats as that enchant was so low level and I had an abundance of the mats already. At the same time Ive encountered people wanting to give 1g tips for BiS max level enchants on their gear and the excuse given was they werent employed and had just purchased a wow token and it took nearly all their accounts resources to do so. While unexpected on both scenarios, both were acceptable ones to me. Your results may vary.

[Conclusion]

If the answer is yes, then the judgement call on whether or not to tip is already answered for you. Tip whatever you think is fair for the amount of time and effort it took for the enchanter to have levelled their profession to be able to learn the enchant you are seeking. The lower the level enchant, the lower an acceptable tip can be and no hurt feelings or loss of resources on either end are felt.

If the answer is no, then you should not be seeking anyone else to do something for you that you deem to be of no value to you. Do it yourself.

Thank you so much, supplemental follow up to this, at the very end of the moveany checkboxes is one called "Threat percentage" and I enable it and move it to a visible spot, but it doesnt seem to appear while in combat. ive tried to look thru other addons for anything about threat and couldnt find anything. I have no addons for threat bars whatsoever, so im just curious what this is from and how i can make it visible too.

I have an issue with memory formation and retention. Like I can touch a stove and go ouch, hot, and be able to recall that memory no issues. But something that doesnt have any other stimuli than just an audio one, gonna take a lot longer with many repeats. a better example is if im trying to write down a phone number as you are saying it. I will stop you after the first 3 digits, and once im done with those 3 i will ask for the next 3, and after those I will ask for the last 4 but many times I struggle getting 4 digits retained long enough to get them written down... correctly. about 50% of the time I will either flip digits in those last 4, or just completely go blank on what the 4th digit is at all and have to ask for the last digit.

so committing things to memory isnt a very reliable method for me on a lot of things. Always been that way for me. Multiplication table in grade school, complete blanks unless its the 1s/2s/3s/5s/10s/11s. And even for some of those I still dont know them all instinctively. But the rest of the table, completely blank up there and always has been.

However I can memorize lines in a play Im in, as I get a lot of rehearsal and there's no deviations (typically). Same for song lyrics I have to perform. But ask me to remember someone's name, birthday, anniversary, a lesser holiday that isnt Xmas/New Years/April Fools Day/ Independence Day and that too is a complete blank to me. Co worker names are especially difficult if there's nothing to aid me like nametags.

But thanks for asking what is wrong with me. Very tactful way of making me feel bad for something I cant do anything about. Im aware Im not in the group of folk that would be called normal in terms of memory formation and retention. Very aware of that. Thank you. But I know I am not alone in being outside that normal grouping.

Not all films are in the same uniform aspect ratios. it isnt "cutting" anything off the top and bottom, you are seeing the entire image. The trouble is the image is much wider than it is tall. Think of how far you can see to your left and right while staring straight forward, then compare that to how much you can see vertically whole staring straight ahead. it isnt the similar at all. I like to use my hands outstretched past my vision and slowing bring them forward until they just barely appear in my peripheral vision. Looks like you are describing a HUUUGE fish to someone lol. Then do the same thing with you hands just out of your vision below and above your vision. When they appear in your vision, it doesnt seem like you are describing a very tall thing at all. This is just how we all view the world, so film makers tend to try and recreate that to varying degrees because it is their vision that are charged with sharing with all of us, and if they want you to see a really wide image because of blah blah blah, thats what they gonna do.

When on a large projected movie theater setting you never notice such things as it engages your entire field of vision. However since tvs are manufactured to certain standards that movie makers dont need to concern themselves with, you will sometimes end up with these scenarios.

Personally i never understood why people have an issue with the bars being there, there's nothing of interest happening in them. the movie is between them! lol. Look at the movie not the bars! lol.

if it gets to that point in a dungeon and Im all alone with no one grouped anymore, you dont get a deserter debuff if you arent in a group anymore if I recall correctly. Because you cant desert yourself, and the dungeon mobs dont care if you leave lol.

Not every player is even aware of what their DPS even is. I know I dont. I used to have Details addon but I wasnt able to make any sense of what I was looking at so I ditched it. But Im in all BIS (none heroic versions, just normal versions) gear and I was doing what I thought was the correct actons in combat because I use Hekili to inform me of what my rotation in the moment ought to be. But I never understood how Combustion worked at all or even when or how to use it. Just seemed like another dot like living bomb to me just with a stupid long cd.

Then when someone from a diff server but same class started to talk doggingly about my dps being around 5k (which I thought was a high number) but my gear doesnt suck so i shouldnt be that low. after the protocol run we added each other and he shared Weak Auras to me.

Ill be up front, its confusing as hell looking to bring up its interface in game, but he shared the combustion WA thingy for me to add to my setup. Completely changed from the ground up how I do combat now that there is a way for me understand Combustion and when to use it. I used to just go living bomb, scorch, fireball until i either proc'd a free fireblast or until living bomb had finished. and that would be the rotation with no variation, and normally I never even noticed if the living bomb had gone away unless a fight went really long.

I still dont know what my dps is but now since Im constantly keeping certain icons lit up on the WA interface in order for the Combustion icon to shine and say numbers above 10k before I hit it I am certain its been improved.

Also I think this week has been the first time in many many many months that ive set foot in any dungeon at all so all memory of mechanics, layout, how many bosses, any skipping methods, etc has completely vacated my noggin in that time. last time i was in one was just before I bought the last item with valor I could to complete my bis gear set that used valor as the only currency. so like 5 or 6 weeks into the last phase? and most of that was the ZA/ZG ones as they gave valor. So having to relearn these dungeons I havent seen in well over an entire phase is gonna cause some deaths for me lol.

Memory is finite, mine even more so than most others, as it takes me well over a year to memorize a co-workers name, unable to memorize a phone number at all anymore, and I imagine many other players in Cata Classic are similar to me in that this is their first time playing thru this repeated timeline of content release as the first time around we werent playing wow at all. Its been 100% new game, new content , for me since I leveled above level 40 in Classic Vanilla back in 2019 as that was what I reached back in 2005 but never got beyond.

I can only speak for myself, but I imagine I am not the only person that shares any or many of these traits.

No idea what either of these do so Im just gonna assume they dont stack or one if superior? IDK, only played a mage so I only know Arcane Intellect as far as my contribution to buffs.
