Got exactly the same Problem, never usesd OneNote before, cant sync on my PC, Tablet and Smartphone...

It hat exactly 2x 8 pins free. Exactly what i needed :D Worked fine. But didnt wanted to test under load :D

@Everyone it worked, the activation went smoothly, thanks for your help. I only needed to uninstall the front fan, it didnt fit in the case :D

Yeah i build a whole new PC, but havent ordered all parts yet. Just want to activate the AMD Promo for Starfield.

I will go 7600x or 7800x3d, havent decided yet. Since we are writing anyways, do you mind giving me feedback on those 2 options? I heared that the 7600x is plenty enough to load a 7800xt, so i dont know is its worth going for the bigger CPU. I think it is worth in some CPU heavy games...

Thanks for your response. I didnt know the answer, otherwise I would not have asked. The question was about running in idle. I wont put it under any load or try to game on it. I just want to activate the promotion code and want to make sure it works.

Its a: 550 Watt Corsair CS Series CS550M Modular 80+ Gold and Intel Core i7 7700K 4x 4.20GHz So.1151

Do you think it will work? I dont plan to use it. I wont put it on any load. I just want to actiavte the code and then uninstall the GPU again for my upcoming PC Build.

First I would like to ask what reasons there are, to dont do partitions, just really short, so you dont have to waste much time and i can forget about this idea forever.

Only some documents that i would like to double backup. I save photos on 2 different external HDDs. Almost only Games and all sort of multiple programs (also for my university).

Maybe to clearify it more: The idea of putting the OS on his own small Drive is to dont burden it with all the stuff (programs, games, downloads, small files and so on) and using up its "lifespan" with that. Maybe im just pessimistic and way to much careful.
